Lehigh Acres Spring Festival "Can't Stop The Beat"

The Lehigh Acres Spring Festival has added a theme this year "You Can’t Stop the Beat" in memory of two dearly missed members who contributed to past Spring Festivals, Danny Stephenson, and Burr Voelker.

Danny Stephenson, a musician who served as the entertainment director and emcee of the Lehigh Acres Spring Festival died following a massive stroke last June.

Burr Voelker, a past board member, was the backbone of the festival for many years. He was the man behind the scene that never wanted credit. Even after retiring from the Spring Festival, Burr would show up every year during setup and everyday of the festival.

Although both will be missing from the festival, the show will carry on in their honor. Hence, "You Can't Stop  The Beat".
