BE AWARE: IRS EMAIL SCAM
It is tax season again, and with that, there's been a rise in tax related phishing schemes. If you receive an email similar to the one shown below, please delete the message and most importantly, do not respond to it.
Subject: IRS Form 1065 denied.
Dear employer,
The US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) informs you, that mistakes were made in your Form 940 (Employer’s Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return).
