JOHN PATRICK SAYS.... TROPICAL WAVE IN GULF OF MEXICO

This tropical wave in the Gulf of Mexico has a shrinking window of opportunity to become the next TD. Not a whole lot of thunderstorm activity around it now, but it will head towards Florida by the end of the weekend as part of a pre-season cool front and NOT a tropical system. But it will increase the rain chance by Sunday afternoon.
